CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations we apply the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation until 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: 100,00 € handling fee
- Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
- For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

We would also like to make you aware that no refunds are given for services included in flat rate offers that are not used by guests. Last-minute offers cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.

FOUR-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS
Your four-legged darling is welcome at our resort in chosen rooms of different categories. Please note that pets are not allowed in the Meran Lodge, restaurant, wellness area or on the lawn. They are welcome at the hotel bar, on the panoramic terrace and in our “Urbanstube”. If you desire, we gladly can prepare a table for breakfast and dinner in our “Urbanstube” for you and your pet. In this case, we would be glad to receive the information before your arrival.
We charge a 28,00 euro per day fee for your pet (without food).
This price includes: feeding bowl, blanket, hygienic bags, final cleaning.
If your pet damages our property, we reserve the right to make a claim on your third-party liability pet insurance.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Feel free to extend your stay in our resort. For a late check-out, which allows you to utilize the whole spa area, we calculate 60,00 euro/adult person and 30,00 euro/child. A late check-out with room is possible depending on availability.

As a wellness and active resort, we kindly ask for your understanding, that it is severely forbidden to smoke in all the rooms and suites. Our restaurant is also a non-smoking area. You can smoke on your room-balcony and on the panoramic terrace.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Things don’t always go as planned, and sometimes you’re unable to go on the holiday you booked. To stop the disappointment of a break at our hotel in Marlengo falling through turning into a financial nightmare, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when you book on our website. If you decide to take out the insurance policy at a later date, the insurance is only valid ten days after the payment is made.

VISITOR'S TAX
There is a visitor’s tax of 3.20 Euro per person (aged 14 or over) per night. It is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the hotel.

We can only cover damages or injuries as a result of the use of the garden and sports facilities, during hiking and other events arranged by our establishment under our existing third-party liability insurance.
