• Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
• From 60 to 30 days before arrival: € 100.00 handling fee
• From 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee of the total stay amount
• From 2 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount
• In case of no-show: 100% of the total amount

Not being able to take a planned holiday is disappointing enough.

Sometimes things do not go as planned and a booked holiday cannot be taken.
To ensure that the disappointment of a missed getaway at our hotel in Marling does not result in a financial loss, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance directly when making your booking.

Please note that in the case of a subsequent conclusion, insurance coverage only becomes effective from the 10th day after payment.
The travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.

You are welcome to charge your electric car directly at the resort: We provide 3 EV charging stations for your electric car (fee applies).

Your four-legged companion is very welcome in selected rooms and suites.
We kindly ask for your understanding that access is not permitted to certain areas of the restaurant, the garden area, as well as the spa and wellness area.

Your pet is, however, warmly welcome at our hotel bar, on the panoramic terrace, and in the Urbanstube.

For continued use of our SPA area, we apply a fee of € 59.00 per adult and € 29.00 per child (from 4 years).

A late check-out including room use is gladly possible subject to availability.

For any damage arising from the use of the garden, garage, and sports facilities, as well as from participation in hikes and other activities organised by the hotel, we can only assume liability within the scope of our existing public liability insurance.
