The original South Tyrolean Christmas market in Meran has been one of the most beloved traditions of the run-up to Christmas for many years now. From the end of November through to 6 January, you can enjoy all of the tastes, sounds, smells, sights and excitement of the run-up to Christmas. In the many wooden stalls along the Passer River, you will find regional products and delicacies, delicate artisan wooden carvings and pottery, creative gift ideas and Christmas decorations in every shape and form. A stroll through the atmospheric Christmas market with its beautifully decorated tree is a wonderful way to get in the Christmassy mood.
