hanni thöni is a trained prana vinyasa yoga teacher after shiva rea yoga alliance, yin yoga teacher to paul grilley and has training in thai yoga massage, abhyanga ayurveda massage and sound therapy. balancing the qualities of the yin and yang and connecting them together in the yogic classes is their focus.

use the combination of the two disciplines to enrich your wellness holiday and to find your inner peace and balance. yoga tradition uses breathing, relaxation and alignment exercises, while pilates uses the exercises of strengthening the deep muscles (powerhouse) for more agility and vitality to consciously perceive your body (with special attention to the spine).
