A passion for cooking and the love of perfection have been accompanying the young chef for a long time. “It was always important to me to work in good restaurants where I could train and polish up my skills,” says Andreas. That’s why his professional career has taken him through the kitchens of renowned and excellent restaurants – experiences that qualify him for his own sovereign area at La Maiena Meran Resort. The new opening of our gourmet restaurant la fleur is a special challenge for him, to which he dedicates himself with ambition: “My goal is clearly set: I intend to earn a Michelin star.”
