The sauna's revitalising effects make it so beloved. That's why we offer a small selection of "Warmth Oases" for your enjoyment.

Aromatic vapours. Warmth to increase blood circulation. Pleasant dampness that opens pores. Relaxation through and through.

 

Laconium (ca. 65°C)

The soft form of the Finnish sauna. Your body will be slowly warmed in temperatures around 65°C and with low humidity - this has a purifying effect. The sauna is ideal to relieve stress, improves circulation and strengthens your heart. After 15 minutes, your body will be so warm that you will sweat profusely, further purifying your body. Relaxation and soothing warmth for your joints and muscles.

 

Vaporium (42°- 45°C)

A Vaporium is a variation on the typical steam bath. It is enriched by invigorating aromatic essenses, like eucalyptus or orange, so that it can also be called an "aromatic steam bath". A treatment in this steam sauna softens the skin, purifies the body and regenerises the respiratory system. With its comfortable temperature of ca. 45°C, it is soothing and has little effect on the circulatory system. It is recommended that you enjoy this bath 10-20 minutes and then immediately cool off.

 

Organic Herbal Sauna (ca. 50°C)

This is the bath for regeneration. Radiating thermal warmth at 50°C and 65% air humidity combine to induce a mild metabolic stimulation, which activates the immune system. In this inhalation "sweat room", various herbal essences are used to enhance the invigorating effects. This type of sauna is especially pleasant due to the lower temperature. Optimal time in this sauna is ca. 30 minutes.
